No Moving Parts
Moving parts wear over time and eventually leak. AiRGO'S engineering team designed a stationary system with no moving components within the hub area. No moving parts means there is nothing to wear out and less of a chance that there will be leaks in the lubrication compartment. Less wear and leaks greatly reduces the risk of pressurizing and/or damaging the hub area while significantly extending the life of the system. AIRGO'S stationary system is patent-protected making it a stand-out among competitor offerings.
Superior Venting System
The AiRGO® System has a superior venting system that vents directly into the atmosphere eliminating the possibility of damaging wheel seals, or introducing moisture to the lubrication compartment.
Patented Axle Plug Assembly
The AiRGO - Automatic Tire Inflation System is designed with maintenance professionals and owners in mind. The system's patented Axle Plug assembly is the fastest and easiest Axle Plug to install. Our Axle Plug fits snug without any messy adhesives or drying time. Also the AiRGO Axle Plug has been tested to extremely rigorous standards (up to 10 times its working pressure) with no failures.
Automatic System Check at Valve Stem
The AiRGO® Automatic Tire Inflation System checks inflation levels for each tire at the valve stem so as not to extend the tire pressure out to the hub. With the AiRGO® System, if a hose is leaking, the system will alert the driver and the tire will continue to fill with air and not go flat. Simply remove the bad hose and the other tires will remain serviced by the system.
Minimizes Driver Intervention
The AiRGO® Automatic Tire Inflation System is simple and effective with quality built into every component. As a result, less driver intervention is required. A simple on/off valve will turn the system off and allow the trailer to continue on down the road.
Sealed System
The AiRGO® System is designed to operate safely and effectively in any environment and in all applications, i.e. tanker, van or refer. All hub cap components are sealed to eliminate water or debris from entering the hub area. The system's electrical switch is environmentally-sealed, providing protection from the elements and eliminating dangerous spiking and sparks.
